GhostUnit ("we", "us") sells the GhostUnit personal AI computer through ghostunit.ai. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and messages when you reserve a unit, contact us or apply as an affiliate.
- Order and payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
- Basic site data: your IP address, browser type and pages visited, plus an affiliate code if you arrive through a partner's link.
How we use it
- To manage your reservation and order, send confirmations, and contact you about shipping.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To credit the affiliate who referred you.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
Your GhostUnit and your data
GhostUnit is your own computer in your home. We do not access your unit or the accounts you connect to it. Remote support is optional and only happens with your explicit permission, for as long as you allow it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (payment processing, email, shipping), with the affiliate who referred you (first name and last initial only), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing emails, at any time by emailing info@ghostunit.ai. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete; we honor these requests.
